Connect the Fiber to the Fiber Distribution Box

Fiber distribution box play an important role in promoting technology exchange. Fiber today extends to the ocean and connects the Internet to remote areas. They provide terrestrial telephones with a more reliable service than traditional wires. Although their manufacturing may be complicated, you can easily install fiber connections. The process involves bonding the bare fiber optic cable to the fiber distribution box and then heating it to seal it. The fiber optic cable connection can be completed in 30 minutes. Stripped the plastic jacket at the end of the cable. The end of the cable has a jacket that prevents the manufacturer from shipping damage. Use a fiber stripping tool to clamp the plastic jacket, which has a specified slot to fit the size of the fiber jacket. Squeeze the handle of the stripper like a pliers. Pull the sheath out of the cable. Open the rear chamber of the epoxy glue gun by twisting the back cover. Insert the epoxy hose into the room and gently press. You only need a few ounces of glue to complete the task. Loosen the lid into the epoxy chamber. Insert the epoxy glue into the fiber distribution box socket. Each fiber connector has two sockets on each side to form a connection. Insert the glue gun into the connector socket. Press and hold the trigger to insert glue. Glue should not be greater than the eye pupil. Insert a fiber-optic cable into the connector slot. Secure the cable in the socket and place it with the number 10. Release fiber optic cables and connectors. Check that the cable is in the proper position. Place the new fiber connection into the epoxy resin curing oven. Open the oven and turn the timing knob to six minutes. Insert the fiber connector connected to the cable into one of the curing furnaces. Press the start button on the oven. Pull out the connector from the oven slot. Swing the connector end to test the stability of the connection. If it looks fragile, reinsert the connector into the oven and cook for a few minutes. Repeat steps three to five to seal the fiber on both sides.
